Providing: a much needed close and personal non-sectarian support with limited influence, and maximum self-initiated training guidance of individual to self-provide individual/population needs: suggestive management of governmental public service decision makers, through the use of critical thinking, and more-importantly critical listening.

Providing: close observant advisory support to individuals across a wide vista of public/private institutional circumstances; private consultation and information support services, as a 'Sustainable Energy Resource Management Guide' answering 'Big Blue Sky Picture Logic/Philosophization' questions with 'Simple Solutions Implementations.'
