Providing: close observant advisory support to individuals across a wide vista of public/private institutional circumstances; private consultation and information support services, as a 'Sustainable Energy Resource Management Guide' answering 'Big Blue Sky Picture Logic/Philosophization' questions with 'Simple Solutions Implementations.'
